The Writer OS

When exactly are the sessions?

August 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, and 21 — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two weeks. Every session is 3:00pm America/New_York and runs 60 minutes.

What do I need before Session 1?

A supported ChatGPT account with the desktop app and ChatGPT Work access. Then you download the folder I supply, mount it, and run the configuration interview inside it. That interview asks about your business and sets the workspace up for you. That's the whole pre-work.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You work inside the ChatGPT desktop app. There is no terminal and nothing to install beyond the app itself and the folder I give you.

Will this send messages to my clients or prospects on its own?

No, and that's deliberate. Unattended outreach sending, unattended client replies, and automatic publishing are all explicitly out of scope. Every system drafts and stops. You approve, then it goes.

I don't have a real pipeline yet. Can I still do Session 3?

Yes. Session 3 works from your active opportunities if you have them, or from safe sample records if you don't. You build the same tracker either way.

Is this about writing better with AI?

No. This is the work around the writing — finding it, winning it, tracking it, and running it. Your writing process stays yours. Session 6 connects your writing knowledge base to everything you built in the first five.
